募集目的 OBJECTIVES
当社の創薬研究の基盤となるプラットホームの拡充と探索初期の合成研究をご担当いただきます。高い有機合成の専門性を有し、テクニシャンまたは初級クラスのメディシナルケミストとして業務をしていただける方を募集いたします。
We are searching for a Researcher to join the Chemistry group within the Research organization. We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to support for expanding our platform technology and pipeline of early clinical development molecules. The responsibility of this position will be to synthesize biologically active small molecules with suitable drug-like properties. Strong laboratory-based focus and experimental excellence is required for this position.
役割 POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES
- 低分子化合物（タンパク質分解誘導剤）に関連する有機化合物の合成・構造確認に関する一連の実験業務
- プロジェクトの目的・タイムラインに基づく、合成実験の計画と実行
- 有機合成化学、創薬化学、探索研究の科学技術について、日常的な情報収集
- Execute synthetic studies based on discussion with the person in charge
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize reaction sequences based on discussions with the person in charge
- Maintain a broad awareness of the scientific and technological landscapes of organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry and drug discovery
必須要件 BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS (Essential)
- 有機合成化学、創薬化学、ケミカルバイオロジー分野の修士または有機合成化学、創薬化学、ケミカルバイオロジー分野の学士かつ3年以上の企業での研究経験
- 高い有機合成の実験スキルを有し、多段階合成における精製・分析・同定を含めた実務経験
- 実験ノートや簡単な報告書の作成能力
- 他のメンバーと連携できるだけの日本語でのコミュニケーション能力
- 英語で書かれた文献等のプロトコールを理解し、自力で実験を行うための英語力
- バイオベンチャー企業の一員としてチームと協力して主体的に働く意欲
- MS (organic synthesis/medicinal chemistry/chemical biology) or BS (organic synthesis/medicinal chemistry/chemical biology) + least 3 years of laboratory experience
- Efficiently maintain experimental records and prepare study reports
- Strong experimental skills of synthetic organic chemistry
- Knowledge of operation of basic instruments (NMR, MS) and techniques (TLC, column chromatography)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Japanese
- English skill for understanding journals, protocols and English documents
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment

- 外国人との会議や国際学会において情報を発信・収集を可能とする高度な英語力
- 甲種危険物取扱者 （入社後 要取得）
- Excellent skill of organic synthesis
- Work experience in pharmaceutical industry
- Demonstration of independence in the laboratory
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Class-A Hazardous Materials Engineer license in Japan
